About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the GrowthFueling website and, where expressly agreed, its services.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully. Paid engagements are also governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

Our services

Services may include SEO, technical SEO, AI search optimization, SEO consulting, Google Ads management, e-commerce advertising and Meta Ads management.

Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities and reporting arrangements will be documented in the applicable agreement.

Fees and payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Monthly service fees are payable in advance.
• Project fees and milestone payments follow the agreed proposal or invoice.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.
• A minimum commitment period may apply and will be stated in the service agreement before work begins.

Services may be paused for overdue payments, subject to the agreement and applicable law.

Fees are non-refundable once work has started. Fees are refunded only if work has not started, or if GrowthFueling tells you before work starts that it cannot take on the engagement. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is separate from GrowthFueling’s management fees. Clients are expected to pay Google, Meta or other advertising platforms directly from their own accounts unless a different written arrangement is agreed.

Clients are responsible for keeping their advertising accounts, payment methods and budgets in good standing.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required account access and timely approvals. They are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business claims, products, services, offers and any materials supplied to GrowthFueling.

Delays in access, approvals or required information may affect delivery timelines.

SEO and advertising results

Search rankings, traffic, inquiries, leads, conversions, sales and advertising returns depend on many factors, including competition, platform changes, budgets, website condition, market demand and client-side processes.

GrowthFueling does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales or return on advertising spend unless an express, lawful written agreement states otherwise.

Third-party platform risk

GrowthFueling may work with Google, Meta and other independent platforms. These platforms may suspend accounts, reject advertisements, restrict features, change policies, experience outages or delay reviews and reinstatement decisions.

GrowthFueling does not control these decisions and cannot guarantee account approval, reinstatement, uninterrupted access or a particular resolution timeframe. We may assist with troubleshooting, documentation, appeals or other reasonable steps within the agreed scope, but such work does not guarantee a successful outcome.

Problems caused by third-party platforms, such as account restrictions, delayed recovery or campaign interruptions, are not grounds for a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and permitted use of deliverables, reports, content, designs and other work created during an engagement will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

Clients must make sure they have the rights needed to provide materials for use in the engagement.

Confidentiality and data

Each party should protect confidential information received through the engagement and use it only for appropriate business purposes. Personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

Services may be suspended or terminated according to the applicable service agreement, including its payment, minimum commitment and notice provisions. Outstanding fees and refund eligibility will be handled under the signed agreement and applicable law.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, GrowthFueling is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party platform decisions, algorithm changes, account restrictions or outages outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes to an existing client engagement will be handled in accordance with its agreement.
